Volunteers

Parents and volunteers are valued members of our school community; our school is blessed to have so many volunteer their time throughout the year.  As Christian adults, we have a moral and legal responsibility and are entrusted by God with the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of minors as they participate in activities within or sponsored by St. Ann's Catholic School.  It is our responsibility and commitment to provide an environment which is safe and nurturing. 
 
In order to achieve the above, the Diocese has established a Safe Environment Program that implements background checks, screening, and training for our volunteers.  Please take the time to follow our process BEFORE you volunteer.  
 
In order to volunteer at the school or accompany students on class field trips, you must complete the following:
  1. Complete a Background Check Application (Form can be downloaded and printed via the PDF below OR you can pick up a copy at the school office)
  2. Complete a Safe Environment Training course. This is now offered online and can be accessed at https://sanangelo.cmgconnect.org/.
