Congratulations to Marely Olivas (4th) and Micaela Delgado (5th)!!!
Both girls had artwork chosen by the City of Midland...the Downtown Midland Management District’s Public Art Contest! The contest was named “Think Outside the Box” and the winners’ art is being displayed on various traffic boxes around the downtown area. There were only six school aged children (ages 6 to 18) who had art chosen, and there were five winners awarded in the “all ages” category, all Midland residents.
Marely’s art is now displayed on the corner of Texas and Marienfeld, and Micaela’s art is now displayed on the corner of Big Spring and Missouri. Go check it out!
