Special Events

St. Ann's Catholic School hosts several special events throughout the year to raise money for the school. We invite you to join the fun and attend one or more of these fundraisers.
St. Ann's Family Fair
Established in 1949, the St. Ann's Family Fair is an annual tradition loved not only by the St. Ann's community but by all of Midland as well.  The Fair is run entirely by volunteers (some of whom have been helping for over 20 years!) and is led each year by a husband/wife team (chairmen).  It takes a full week to set up the fair and only one day to tear it down.  The Fair consists of carnival rides, over 50 food and game booths, smoke-free bingo, a "Fun Run", an "Odds and Ends" garage sale booth, and many more fun activities for the entire family. More information can be found on the website at
St. Ann's Mardi Gras Gala
Celebrating its 25th "Silver" Anniversary in 2018, this event (always the first Saturday in February) is held at the Petroleum Club and includes an evening of delicious Cajun-inspired cuisine, live music and dancing, live and silent auctions, and of course much enjoyment. The money raised from the Mardi Gras Gala goes towards the St. Ann's Endowment Fund.
St. Ann's Golf Tournament
Every year a golf tournament is held in the spring to raise money for scholarships for deserving St. Ann's Catholic School students.
