At St. Ann's Catholic School, admission is based on academic competence, evaluated through past school records, standardized tests, pre-admission tests, references, and personal interaction. We are committed to fair admission and financial aid decisions without discrimination based on race, sex, color, religion, national or ethnic origin.

 

Vacancies are filled according to the following priority groups:

 

  • First priority is given to siblings of current St. Ann's students.
  • Next are children of all Catholic parishioners.
  • Enrollment then becomes open for the community.
 

*Please note that classes fill up quickly, so enrollment is on a "first-come, first-serve" basis.

 

Application procedure for New Students:

 
  • Submit a completed online application along with a non-refundable fee of $20 per child.
 

*Kindly note that submitting the application does not guarantee enrollment.

 

As openings become available, eligible applicants will be notified to proceed with the assessment process, which may include a scheduled visit with our Administrative team.

 

For grades 1st-8th, ensure you provide necessary assessment results, report cards, counselor or reference letters, etc., from your child’s current school. Scan these documents with the application process to avoid acceptance delays.

 

Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with instructions to complete enrollment. A non-refundable enrollment/registration fee of $350.00 will be required for submitting the online enrollment packet.

 

For first-time registrants, please prepare the following documents:

  • Official birth certificate
  • Baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
  • Current immunization record
 

All documents must be scanned during the application process; pictures will not be accepted.

 

Children enrolling in the Early Childhood Center program must be three or four years old by September 1st and fully potty trained.
